As a Careers and Employability Adviser and International Career Coach, supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as early-career and mid-career professionals in the UK and globally to build future-ready careers. My practice integrates strategic thinking, leadership development and applied emotional intelligence, combined with an informed understanding of how AI, automation and labour-market shifts are reshaping professional pathways nationally and internationally.

I help individuals create clarity in direction, develop competitive capabilities, and lead their careers with confidence in a rapidly evolving global environment.

I design and deliver embedded career education across disciplines such as Law, Business and Education, integrating employer, alumni and sector insights into learning. I coach students one-to-one, support graduates with strategic next steps, and build tailored initiatives such as networking clubs and mentoring programmes to strengthen access, confidence and social capital — particularly for international learners navigating unfamiliar systems.
